As agents to property owners Paradise Property Managers, who are licensed by the state of South Carolina, deliver, and are bound by the principles and duties of their clients. As such their primary responsibilities are as follows, by law and to establish high quality resorts and managed facilities.
- Develop Owner Objectives to achieve maximum revenue
- Establish an Agent/Owner Agreement that is clear and fully disclosed
- Hold a high level of confidentiality and loyalty
- Provide detailed accounting of rental income and service expenses
- Ensure the resort, facilities, and individual units have reasonable care and diligence
